See. Be. Do.
Since the day I began my road to sobriety, I have lived by three small words to help me stay on track. Our passions can shape the way we think and influence the minds of others. How we enact that for ourselves is answered by starting our imprint today. Identify your passions, embrace your visions, and act. The three words: See, Be, Do.
‘See it. Be it. Do it.’
SEE IT: Surround yourself with those that will empower you to stay focused. Keep sight of your ambitions. Cut the dead weight that continues to drain your energy and drag you down. Leave no room for individuals questioning your intentions; everything must be concise. Whether you consider someone family or a friend, if they are not with you, they are against you. You do not need to eliminate them from your life, but you do need to remove them from your passion. It is essential to thin your circle.
BE IT: If you often feel like a cog in a wheel or question if you have been tending to monotonous duties, you are developing mental blocks. The only way to deconstruct these habits is by changing your perspective and how you want to live. Tweak at least one thing in your routine, and you will see how much of a ripple it will send through the rest of your day. Bad habits develop from being complacent, which does not allow us to reach our goals.
DO IT: Every day moving forward has to be seen as a building block, no matter how minor it may seem. Visions take time. No matter how big or small your dreams are, it all takes time to learn how to put your ideas in motion. Challenge yourself with something new each day. It does not matter what it may be, but it needs to be a goal. These daily objectives help increase your ceiling and will lead you to boundless limitations in your life.
Take back your life and give yourself your purpose. See. Be. Do.
